Listings must accurately describe the account, item, or service — including platform, rank, region, and any restrictions. Misleading listings will be removed.
Marketplace Rules
All communication, payment, and delivery must happen through KnownBoost. Attempting to move a transaction off-platform to avoid fees is prohibited and puts you at risk with no escrow protection.
Harassment, threats, or abusive language toward other users or staff — in chat, reviews, or disputes — is not tolerated and may result in a permanent ban.
Multiple accounts used to evade bans, manipulate reviews, or abuse promotions are prohibited.
Hacked or stolen accounts, cheats/exploits that violate a game's terms of service, and real-money gambling are not permitted on the marketplace.
Violations may result in listing removal, temporary suspension, or a permanent ban depending on severity. See Trust & Safety for how disputes and fraud are handled.
